Ancient Mariner” and myself.
And so Riddle Me this:
“Water, water everywhere, but not a Drop to Drink, yet given Salts for a Decade and we wonder why Kidneys Sink?”
Ok, I was told a good blog allows one to vent, so I riddled you all the above – now to today’s business.
Last week I was contacted by a friend who had completed my book. His comments were wonderful. He relayed his own story, and that prompted me to contact another friend, who furthered his story, and the result, is this blog.
In The Lindemann Theory, A 31 Year Journey and My Cure, the bio/neuro-chemical attributes of DHA and EPA and Clean Fuel are discussed. They are some of the components of InfinitE/IQ, that were helpful in me discovering my cure.
The folks in the story have conditions of Celiac Disease and Crohn’s Disease, known disorders of inflammation.
My book discusses the anti-inflammatory effects of clean fuel and the biochemistry which validates it. Our discussion ventured into the roles of Gluten, Wheat Germ Agglutinin and Amylase Trypsin Inhibitors in the disorders of Celiac and Crohn’s Disease.

A quick analogy to elucidate the concerns of these wheat proteins take me to the structure of a shelter – a home. The shell of a home, the roof, the foundation/basement and insulating walls protect the humans within. They keep out water, pests and control the environment so we are free from disease.
The above proteins have been implicated in causing breaches in the gut (small and large intestines) wall permeability, the result is provocation of autoimmune reactions with concomitant responses of inflammation. The concern is those reactions have been implicated in Celiac Disease, Crohn’s, Autoimmune Thyroid Disorders, Type I Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Autoimmune Liver Disease and a couple of skin diseases with autoimmune origins.
If you breach a home it is less secure, if you breach your gut you’re inviting a host of invaders that our body attacks.
In my theory, the hormonal axis disruptions, and biochemical disruptions caused by unclean fuel are many. The agricultural revolution’s introduction of wheat may very well have created a health crisis revolution as well.
